Congratulations to all our artists from Lizzie, the Musical!
At the 30th Annual Ovation Awards on Monday night, our production of the punk rock musical won the Ovation Award for Best Musical (Intimate Theatre).
Out of a total of 278 productions that registered for the Ovation Awards during the 2018/2019 Season, Lizzie was the only show produced by an Orange County theater to be nominated, let alone win an award.
We are overjoyed to see our amazing artists receive this recognition. There is such a rich theatrical landscape in Southern California, and we are proud to be active members in this ever-expanding community. There are thrilling and incisive stories to be told, including a punk rock musical about one of the most infamous crimes in American history.
