Q: What is a “Dual Membership”?
A: Dual Membership allows two people to enjoy the benefits of the higher membership levels without the need of doubling the contribution portion.
Q: How do I make a reservation to a show?
A: You may reserve tickets at your convenience through our online box office or by calling the Membership Hotline. You will receive an email reminder to reserve your seat(s) two weeks before it goes on sale to the public.
Q: How do I make a return reservation to a show?
A: Once you’ve attended the show, you can make another reservation. You may only have one reservation per show at a time. For Basic Members and above.
Q: What if my credit card number or the expiration date changes?
A: To update this information, simply call the Membership Hotline or the box office at (888) 455-4212.
Q. How do I upgrade the amount of my monthly contribution?
