I’ll Take the Top The Cabaret of a Lone Soprano

After playing the title role in the West Coast premiere of Lysistrata Jones, Devon is thrilled to be returning to Chance Theater to perform her very own cabaret. As a 2014 graduate of Cal State Fullerton’s BFA Musical Theater program, Devon uses her gift of voice and talent to reflect on her life as a performer from her childhood years to a woman in her early 20’s. She reminisces about her journey and the struggles she went through both personally and professionally, to get where she is today. She tells her story through many styles of music including musical theatre and jazz standards. Devon’s energetic performance is touching, passionate, and entertaining, and will motivate the audience to reflect on their own struggles and triumphs and will leave everyone inspired to live life to its fullest.
