In Kind Giving
You Can Always Donate Something Besides Money…
Chance Theater accepts in-kind donations for use on-stage, behind the scenes, in our administrative offices, or as auction items. Goods, services, products and equipment will help us continue to produce high-quality theater. In-kind donations, other than the value of your time or services, will often provide significant tax deductions to the person that donated the in-kind gift.

- Sound absorbing material
- Ushers
- Technicians
- Graphic Designer
- Box Office
- Marketing Associate
- Storage space for costumes
- Storage space for props, furniture
- High volume copy machine
- Additional rehearsal space (around 30′ x ’30’)
- Office Space
Smaller items like construction tools and building materials (screws, nails, etc.) are also appreciated. Other unique items can be of great value as props. Please understand that we have a limited storage space, so please be selective in what you offer us.
New Items and services can also be contributed as auction items to raise funds for the theater. We accept items like vintage wines, jewelry, personal care services, restaurant certificates, hotel stays, museum passes, etc. for auction at our Annual Gala.
