Penny Devlin is thrilled to be making her debut with Chance Theater this holiday season! Most recently, she understudied and went on for the leading role of Olive Ostrovsky in Producer’s Associates/Woodminster Summer Musicals’ production of Spelling Bee. In addition, Devlin originated the role of Frankie in the world premiere of Americana: A Murder Ballad at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. Other roles include Into the Woods (Cinderella), Mamma Mia! (Ali, Sophie u/s), Blood Harmony (Anna), and Urinetown (Penelope Pennywise). She holds a BA in Musical Theatre from Pepperdine University and hopes you all have the most splendiferous holiday ever! @penelopedevlin
