Maya Valenciano (Diana Barry) is making her Chance Theater debut in Anne of Green Gables. Maya, a student at Yorba Linda High School, has trained in classical voice, acting, and dance for the past seven years. Past roles include: West Side Story (Francisca) at Performance Riverside, Zoot Suit (Pachuca Girl) at Shakespeare OC; Nunsense (Sister Mary Leo) & Crazy for You (Elaine) at Stage Door; Sister Act (u/s Sister Mary Robert) at Golden West College; Into the Woods (Witch) & Grease (Betty Rizzo) at Huston School of Music & Theatre; Peter Pan (Mrs. Darling) & Oklahoma! (Aunt Eller) at McCoy Rigby Arts; Godspell (Uzo) at Yorba Linda High School. She thanks God and her family for their support and love.
