Maddi Deckard is a sound designer and audio engineer based in Southern California. Her professional credits include productions with The Wayward Artist (Sound Designer & Video Designer), Chapman University (Sound Designer), Chance Theater (Assistant Sound Designer), East West Players (Audio Engineer), and South Coast Repertory (A2). Maddi earned her B.A. in Theatre Technology with a minor in Music Technology from Chapman University. Her focus was sound design and audio technology for entertainment. In 2022, Maddi received 2 nominations for the OCTG Theatre Awards — Outstanding Sound Design and Notable Outstanding Achievement (Video Design) — both for her work on The Nether at The Wayward Artist.
