A magazine and newspaper editor/columnist and tv/radio food celebrity, Karen has starred in the media food and outdoor sports industries for more than 25 years. She is the author of 5 successful cookbooks, including Japanese Cooking for the American Table and Winners! (both of which were Cook Book Guild selections) and How to Cook His Goose (And Other Wild Games). Currently a part-time private college instructor, her classes envelope topics of the good life – creative writing, international cooking, and gardening.
