Frank’s career has spanned Canada, England and the United States as director, stage manager, actor, teacher and dramaturg. His plays have been read, workshopped or produced from the east to west coast in Canada and the USA. In addition, several of his short pieces have been produced Off-Off-Broadway. His awards include a full Toronto Arts Council Grant, plus several year-long and short- term grants from the Canada Council of the Arts. In addition he has received over 60 awards and citations for scripts. He co-wrote the film Looking for Angelina, inspired by his play, The Angelina Project, which has played film festivals in Canada, India and Italy. His screenplays, Via Crucis and The Swan Queen Meets The Radical Faerie, garnered a half dozen citations each, while A Fine Week In Goa won first place in Wildsound’s International Screenplay Competition.
