CAROL ROMAN holds music degrees in piano performance and composition from California State University at Fullerton, and received her teaching credential in choral music through California State University at Long Beach. An accomplished pianist, director and composer, Carol has directed and played for such shows as The Sound of Music, Cabaret, Bye Bye Birdie, Fiddler on the Roof, H.M.S. Pinafore, The Wizard of Oz, Crazy for You, Damn Yankees, Little Mermaid, The Bikinis and Cinderella. She has worked with the GEM Theater, The Cabrillo Playhouse, All About Girls Theater Production Troop, and the JFed Players. In addition, she has released two CDs containing selections from musical theater, romantic ballads, and Holiday music, and two CD’s of her original music which she has orchestrated and arranged. This is her first time working at the Chance Theater. “It has been a pure joy working with so much talent for Goosebumps, the Musical!”
