Alec Kenney is a professional Actor, Screenwriter, and Director.  Alec grew up in Grand Haven, Michigan and joined the military after High School. In the military, he served as an Underwater Welder in the Engineer Corps. He competed and won Soldier of the Year in 2011 and qualified for the Bataan Death March placing 3rd while in South Korea. Near the end of his service he was asked to be an extra on the set of Investigation Discoveries: Deadly Affairs it was there when he caught the acting bug.

Once out of the military in 2014 he decided to move to California and attended Santa Ana College with a Theatre major and minor in Screenwriting. After a few semesters, he decided he wanted to devote more time to his craft and transferred to The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute (LA) and studied The Method. He completed the one year program and has been working on various Film and Theatre Projects ever since. Some of his notable roles are Red (Ken), The Glass Menagerie (The Gentleman Caller) and A Night Must Fall (Dan). This is his first debut with the Chance Theatre.
