Artist Profile

Robin Walton has been on stage for 50+ years, performing on 6 continents. He is also a published writer, playwright, lyricist and composer. He holds 7 patents and has written dozens of articles for research journals. He is a proud company member here at Chance. His Chance roles include: Wilbur in Hairspray, Maurice in Beauty and the Beast (twice), FDR in Annie, Emile in Goosebumps, as well as appearing in Emma, Sleepy Hollow and Dogfight. Other favorite roles include Smee in Peter Pan 5 different times, Fogg in Sweeney Todd (twice), Grandpa in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Uncle Henry and the Emerald City Guard in Wizard of Oz. His favorite job is as a father and grandfather! This show is dedicated to one of the Angels of Chance Theater, Liz Jones. Thank you for your generosity of spirit and financial support.
