As Principal Media and Video Designer for Disney Live Entertainment (Anaheim), KC leads the team that creates video content for Disneyland Resort projects, working closely with Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel Studios, and Lucasfilm. He is also the creative/show director for currently running Disneyland fireworks spectaculars and the World of Color shows, as well as special projects. Notable Disney projects include Rogers The Musical, This Wish, Wondrous Journeys, World of Color: ONE, Elemental Connection, Fantasmic!, Villain’s Grove at Oogie Boogie Bash and the grand opening ceremony for Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. His themed entertainment work has received IAPPA and THEA awards. KC also designs lighting and video for local theatres (notable shows include Wicked Lit, LIZZIE, Dogfight, The Laramie Project Cycle, The Who’s Tommy, and Jekyll & Hyde), where he has been awarded two LA Drama Critics Circle Awards, an LA Stage Alliance Ovation Honors Award, two Backstage Garland Awards and four StageSceneLA Awards. His work has been published in Live Design, Lighting & Sound America, Teaching Theatre, Stage Directions; and The Assistant Lighting Designers Tool Kit by Anne McMills.
