Artist Profile
Katie is 14 years old and attends Orange County School of the Arts in the Integrated Arts Conservatory. She is excited to be in her first production with Chance Theater. She has performed in many musicals with her favorites being Les Miserables and The Music Man. Katie is also a commercial and TV actress, model and clothing designer. She recently acted in the TV series, Alien Encounters and modeled for the spring/summer Justice Girls campaign. Her love of fashion design and sewing led her to be the youngest winning designer on Lifetime Channel’s Project Runway:Threads. Currently she is interning in the costume department at Arts & Learning for their production of Shrek. Katie also volunteers in the community by sharing her love of special effects make-up with various theater groups helping with stage make-up. She enjoys surfing and taking her dog, Lulu, to the beach.
