Artist Profile
Jason has music directed across southern California for casts of all ages. Recent music direction credits include 13 the Musical, Anything Goes, and Beauty and the Beast. An alumni of the Young Americans, he has also travelled internationally to Japan, Germany, and Poland teaching and performing in renowned venues such as the Maihama Amphitheater and the Yokohama Minatomirai Hall. As a multi-instrumentalist, Jason has played saxophone and keyboards in venues such as the Grammy Museum behind Julie Garnye, Lance Horne, and Daisy Eagan. Jason currently studies collaborative piano and orchestral conducting at Chapman University where he assists with orchestra preparation on works by Beethoven, Mozart, and Debussy, as well as with the opera program’s production of Albert Herring.
