Take a 'Chance'
Created and Performed by High School & Jr. High students under the mentorship of Chance Theater resident artists
This summer, celebrate you who are!
Speak Up and take a Chance with us!
Stories our children speak are often lost. Speak up - Take a “Chance” is designed to empower students by nurturing their voices beyond academic confines.
This summer, Chance Theater will capture these stories and bring them to the stage under the creative direction of Education Associate, Skyler Gray. Speak Up provides students the opportunity to speak their minds and let their voices be heard, while teaching valuable lessons through theatre arts. Over five weeks, students will be given the opportunity to perform, write, design, and tech their collaborative piece under the mentorship of Chance Theater staff, technical advisors and professional actors through games, storytelling and a ton of fun! Musicians and technical theatre students are also encouraged to apply.
